
Overview: At Santa Clarita Behavioral Health, our IOP delivers structured mental health treatment without an overnight stay. Perfect for clients who no longer need PHP-level intensity but still require consistent support, accountability, and community.
Structure:
- 3 hours a day, 3-5 days a week
- Flexible schedules: morning, afternoons, evenings, in-person or virtually
- Combination of individual therapy, group therapy, and case management
- Whole-person approach: Psychoeducational and mind-body focused
- Psychiatric care and medication management, as needed
